VINCENT HEISE – PROPERTY MANAGER

Vincent was promoted to Property Manager in 2017 and is responsible for the operation and management of several properties in the firm’s office portfolio including the following Office Parks: Park Ten Place I & II; El Camino; and Block 10 West. Vincent joined Hicks Ventures in 2014 as Assistant Property Manager with the primary duties of contributing to the administration and management of Two WestLake Park, a Class A high-rise commercial office building, in Houston’s Energy Corridor. Prior to joining Hicks Ventures, Vincent served as a Director of Risk Management for 6 years and a Property Manager for 3 years in the multi-family housing industry.

Vincent is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson, and attended Murray State University.
