As Vice President of Construction and Business Development, Connor brings extensive expertise in developing, expanding, and optimizing healthcare real estate across the continuum of care. With a proven track record of partnering with healthcare operators—from ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and inpatient rehabilitation hospitals to outpatient specialty groups — Connor leads with a strategic, relationship-driven approach that aligns real estate solutions with clinical and operational goals.

Connor oversees all aspects of project delivery, from site selection and design coordination to construction management and post-occupancy performance. Known for fostering long-term partnerships with physician groups, health systems, and private equity-backed operators, Connor ensures that each facility not only meets regulatory and technical requirements, but also supports patient access, staff efficiency, and financial sustainability.

Connor has been in the construction industry since 2013. Following graduating from Texas A&M University with a Construction Science degree, he immediately went into the industry as a project manager. His past work includes more than $100 Million worth of ground-up commercial retail/multi-family projects around the nation working for companies Trammell Crow Residential and US Builders.
