LARRY VAILE – PRINCIPAL – DIRECTOR OF THE HEALTH CARE GROUP

Larry leads Hicks’ development/acquisition and management of health care related properties.

Larry brings over 25 years of real estate experience with a heavy concentration in the healthcare sector. Larry was Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at Houston based Medistar Corporation. He directed the development and construction of numerous healthcare projects including acute care hospitals, long term acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, integrated medical plazas, and medical office buildings. The value of these completed real estate projects is in excess of $500 million. A sampling of these clients includes Christus Health, Valley Baptist Health System, Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospitals, Post-Acute Medical, Foundation HealthCare, and numerous partnerships. Other notable projects include the San Antonio Spurs training facility and the campus for the Art Institute of Houston.

Other career endeavors included facility management with MD Anderson Cancer Center in the Texas Medical Center. Larry also developed multi-family apartments for The Related Companies of Florida located in Miami and performed due diligence investigation for Houston based Belmont Village.

Larry is a graduate of The University of Houston where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance.
