DAVID STEIDLEY – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

David brings to the company 25 years of real estate experience covering a broad range of disciplines including: property development, mortgage banking, asset management, construction supervision and appraisal/valuation expertise. During his career, he has developed, acquired, financed and constructed more than $1.0 billion of real estate in 25 states, and has overseen the asset management of 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Hicks Ventures, David was Vice President of Development & Acquisitions at Houston-based Medistar Corp., where he created value for the company, its partners and clients, while developing and acquiring more than $480 million of highly sought-after medical buildings. Those projects included: acute care hospitals; long-term acute care hospitals; rehabilitation hospitals; wellness facilities; cancer facilities; urgent care clinics; and medical office buildings. His clients included St. Luke’s, MD Anderson and RehabCare Group, among others.
